ANATOMY OF TASTE

The present exists and can be tasted. We spend a significant part of our lives chasing the future and thinking about the past. This often comes at the expense of the present. We forget to notice, appreciate and enjoy what is happening at the moment. The series of paintings "Anatomy of Taste" is about the value of ourselves, about tastes that reveal the world from different sides, about the beat of the present. The fruit of a tropical tree on the table connects me with an invisible thread to the places where it grew, to the people who raised it, to that hot air and earth of a different color. Saturating myself with fruits, I absorb the energy of life. After all, I am also a fruit that appeared from a seed. Each of us is a part of a single organism called the Universe. It is perfect, and we are a part of this perfection.
